Project Under MPLAD Sanction: Solar Powered Standalone Advanced AIRP Filtration System
For 25–500 persons · No electricity · Removes colour & microbial pathogens
"The results of this study indicate that the Fyhe process nanofiltration system could be used at very small (serving 25–500 people) public water systems to reduce colour and microbial pathogens in drinking water. The TOC removal exhibited by the nanofiltration membranes would also reduce the formation of DBPs after chlorination."
"Safe drinking water is a basic human right. Various methods of disinfection use chemicals, heat and filtration. A simple, sustainable yet effective method — filtering water through a filter candle (TERAFIL) that reduces both turbidity and pathogen level."
"During raining season, water should be heated at 55°C for a minimum of 45 minutes to completely eliminate the coliform population."

Zero electricity · Dual Pass RO · Saline & hard water treatment
The Inland Ground water salinity in India occurs mainly in the states of Haryana, Maharashtra, Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Odisha and Bihar. About 1.93 lakh sq.km area has been estimated to be affected by saline water of EC >4000 mS/cm.

"Floods and heavy rains can cause severe and irreversible damage to human lives, property both public and private, and livestock. Since floods are one of the frequent natural calamities faced by India, the loss incurred is huge."
"To give an idea of how to provide safe drinking water, we have introduced mobile water treatment plant to produce potable water at disaster sites."
